Thank you for choosing to adopt instead of shop! By filling out this application, we will get a better understanding of what you are looking for in a dog. Please know you cannot meet a dog until an approved application is on file. If we do not currently have any available dogs that meet your criteria, we will put you on a waitlist.

 

To adopt you must be at least 18 years of age, be able to pass a background check, vet reference, and personal reference. We will also do a landlord check where applicable. All your current pets must be fixed, vaccinated, and up to date on heartworm prevention. You must be financially able to take over the vet care and supply care of the dog. We will complete a home check as the final step. To apply to adopt, check out our available dogs.
