Meet Hattie Mae! A beautiful, 3 year old, red merle Australian Shepherd who is looking for her furever home. Hattie is a sweet and gentle girl, but very shy. When inside and in her “spot” she is quiet and reserved and not seeking of attention, though she will let you love on her all you want. When outside, however, she is lively and loves to run (which is fun to watch as she is FAST) and play with friends. Hattie gets along well with other animals and would probably feel most comfortable in a home with furry siblings! 
 
She would especially thrive with patient and understanding caregivers who respect her timid disposition, as well as a calm environment with a structured routine and lots of repetition and positive reinforcement (she loves treats).
