Penny Paige is a beautiful tri-colored corgi. 
She has been such a good girl and is getting along fine with all foster dogs as long as they respect her space. Penny needs a rather quieter home since she is still learning how to trust people. She is very caring and always watches over her sister Oakley Rae making sure she is safe. Her crate is her safe space and this girl is a napper, she rather is inside than outside and would benefit from shedding a few lbs. We are learning more and more about her every day. Her fur is growing back great from her hot spots when she first joined rescue. She will need a patient and understanding owner who will help her build confidence and come out of her shell.
