SURRENDER APPLICATION

Thank you for thinking of rescue to rehome your dog. We are so sorry you are in the situation you are in that has lead up to this decision. Please understand we are strictly foster based and cannot take in a surrender without a foster spot. We will get back to your surrender inquiry as soon as possible.

If you are surrendering more than one dog, please fill out an application for each dog you need to surrender.
